pinfa: new organisation for non-halogenated flame retardants at Cefic
A new sector group for non-halogenated phosphorus, inorganic and nitrogen flame retardants was set up at Cefic, the European Chemical Industry Council. The founding members Budenheim, Ciba (now part of BASF), Clariant, Italmatch, Nabaltec and Lanxess have declared their withdrawal from the European Flame Retardants Association, effective by the end of 2009.
